User Control and Responsibility

- You use your own exchange account: You connect your own Binance account using API keys that you create and control
- You provide your own AI model access: You connect AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) using your own API keys
- You activate and configure the automation: You choose when to start, stop, or modify the trading bot
- You set your own risk parameters: You define position sizes, leverage, and other trading settings
- You can revoke access at any time: Remove your API keys to immediately stop all automation

- Changes to exchange APIs or policies

API Key Security
We recommend the following best practices:
- Never enable withdrawal permissions on API keys used with ThinkMoon
- Use IP restrictions on your exchange API keys when possible
- Regularly review and rotate your API keys
- Start with small position sizes while testing
- Use exchange testnet first to familiarize yourself with the platform
Regulatory Notice
ThinkMoon provides software automation tools only and does not fall under the scope of investment services regulations (such as MiFID II in the EU). We do not:
- Execute orders on behalf of users (users connect their own accounts)
- Manage portfolios or provide discretionary investment management
